Donation staff testimony

	For a long time, the Lord has placed upon my heart the desire to manifest the love of Christ through serving the community. God provided the opportunity for me to learn some basic social work counseling skills back in college and through my service at a local social service agency. What a sense of joy I felt when I learned about CCHC’s vision and worldwide ministries. I feel immensely honored to be able to work with a group of Christians who responded to the calling of Christ with amazing dedication and commitment.
	Over the past 12 years, Herald Monthly has united the Chinese churches in Houston to testify the love of Jesus Christ to the community, help the poor, visit the weak, and comfort the sick. My participation in the ministry helps me to walk closer with the Lord and grow in my prayer life. My life is shaped by the Lord and my inner strength is often renewed. I want to be obedient to Him and live to glorify Him. I also want to fully dedicate myself to please Him and follow Him to fulfill His great plan for me. I’d like to thank our Heavenly Father for giving me the privilege of knowing a group of faithful and courageous co-workers and volunteers here at CCHC. They sacrificially devote their talents, financial resources and prayers to follow the Lord’s call. The theme for the 25th anniversary depicts the CCHC mission well: Caring for the Community: A Commitemnt to Reaching the Nations. The Gospel is to be preached to all people near and far and I believe that the Lord has seen and known all the efforts we devoted for His name’s sake.
