1） 請以電腦打好稿件，儲存為 word 檔案，電郵至 hongkong@cchc.org，主旨註明：「xxxx（專欄名稱）投稿」。
2） 為了刊出更多讀者的來稿，請大家用字精簡，並留心各專欄的字數上限，已包括標點符號。
- 生命Teen使 （100字）；
- Teen語部落 （50字）；
- Teen作之合 （600字）；
- Teen羅地網 （好書速遞500字；活動情報 200字）
- 傳召證人 （600 字）。
3） 圖片請儲存為jpeg檔案，解象度下限為300 dpi。

How you live and how you die.
Has anyone heard of this song before? This song is called “Love Changes Everything”. I learnt it in the choir last year. Today, I’m not going to teach you how to meet a boyfriend or girlfriend. First of all, I would like to tell you a story.
Once upon a time, there was a girl called Dinner. She was a very troublesome girl. When she was 1 year old, she always cried. For example, when she was sleeping very calmly, she woke up and cried when her father and mother were having dinner. I wonder how she could smell the food while she was sleeping.
When she was 3 years old, she was very naughty. One day, her mother and some relatives took her to a park to play. Soon, the sun set and the sky was becoming dark. They had to leave and go home. However, the girl didn’t want to leave. She wanted to stay and play. She sat on the ground and cried. Then she pulled her shoes out and threw them away!
When she was 4, she was very unpredictable. She used to go to the restaurant with her family every Sunday. When her mother asked her, ‘Do you want to eat this?’ She said ‘No.’ But then, after her mother had eaten the food, she said ‘Yes!’ and cried.
When she was in primary school, she was still very naughty. She made her mother and father’s life hell. She was really stubborn. When she played with her father, she always wanted to win. If she lost, she cried.
The girl’s real name is Christina. Yes. I am that naughty girl. Now, I don’t throw my shoes again. I won’t cry all the time. There must be something that has changed me. What is it? It is love – not the love from the strangers in the streets; not the love from the neighbours; it is the love from my parents.
They teach me how to be a useful person. They encourage and help me when I have difficulties. They pay a lot but I never return anything.
Yes love, love changes everything
Now I tremble at your name
Nothing in the world will ever be the same.
So, love changes everything.

My best friend is my mother. She is not just a mother to me, but my very best friend. She will never leave me when other people all go away. She will always be on my side anytime. I know that I can rely on her and trust her  forever.
She is very kind, thoughtful and understanding. She gets up early every morning and cooks breakfast for me. She is afraid that I will get a cold so she prepares very delicious hot soup for me in order to make me feel warm in cold winter. She is really very kind to me.
When I feel happy, I want to tell her what happened and share my happiness with her. When I am upset or want to cry, I also want to see her. I want her to comfort me. She will support me whatever happens to me.
Of course we sometimes have arguments due to various reasons. Sometimes I am too naughty; sometimes my school reports are not satisfactory; sometimes she is too annoying. But, we will forgive each other quickly and soon can be ‘friends’ again. She is generous and forgiving.
She is often very funny. She will do some silly things to make me laugh. I will also do the same to please her. We love each other so much. I know that no one else on earth will treat me like what she does to me. I believe that we will be friends forever.
